Can one patient be monitored by multiple caregivers?

Yes, multiple caregivers can simultaneously monitor one patient from the same or different locations using their own Apple devices.  Family members can also remotely monitor their love ones from different locations.  They need to sign in to the same User Account using the same password.

Warning:  The person who lastly switched the Alert button on the App will determine whether an audible alert will be issued.  So the Alert button must be controlled by the caregiver on duty.  People who are remotely monitoring should not use the Alert switch.  If they only want to monitoring but do not want to hear audible alerts,  they can go to the Settings of their phone to turn off Notifications of SafeWander.
